The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Mizu. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager, or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in a luxury setting.
You’ll be the face of Mizu — bringing bold personality, exceptional service, and an eye for detail to every guest interaction. As a hands-on leader, you’ll inspire your team, champion our Pan-Asian concept, and ensure every visit is a memorable one.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Manager within a fast-paced, premium dining environment
- A confident leader who motivates, trains, and supports their team to deliver consistently high standards
- An outgoing, service-driven individual with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage under pressure while maintaining a positive atmosphere
- A creative and forward-thinking mindset with a commitment to upholding the Mizu brand and enhancing the guest journey
- Deep knowledge (or a strong interest in developing it) of Pan-Asian cuisine and beverage pairing
