Group Roaming Manager Lake District Hotels Ltd Group Role Covering 6 Hotels We are currently seeking a dynamic Group Roaming Manager to support our management teams across all six of our Lake District Hotels. This is an exciting and varied role for an experienced hospitality manager who thrives on versatility, can hit the ground running in different properties, and leads by example with a strong guest-centric focus. You will provide cover across our hotel management structure ensuring operational continuity, maintaining standards, and supporting our hotel teams during periods of management shortfall, absence, or transition. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and strong all-round hospitality knowledge. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and stepping into operational leadership roles as required. Driving high standards of guest service and operational delivery across all departments. Supporting hotel teams through periods of change, transition, or absence. Working closely with Head Office and Hotel Directors to maintain consistency in standards, procedures, and guest experience. Identifying areas for improvement and supporting training and coaching on site. Acting as an ambassador for the Lake District Hotels brand and values. What we seek in an ideal candidate: A proven background as a Senior Hotel Manager within a 4-star hotel environment. Experience leading multi-department operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Flexibility and adaptability happy to work across different hotels, teams, and roles as required. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Calm under pressure, positive in approach, and professional at all times. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. A genuine passion for hospitality and for helping our teams succeed. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between hotels (based in the North Lake District).
