Process & Warehouse Operations Lead in Redditch

Lake Chemicals & Minerals Ltd is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing processing, stock control, and health & safety across three sites. You will deputise for managers when needed and ensure GMP, BRC, and MHRA standards are met.

You will coordinate production planning, maintain documentation, and support packaging and dispatch activities. A forklift licence and knowledge of IATA/ADR labelling will be provided with training.
