The Role:
Are you an experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician with a passion for the motor trade? Our client, a reputable and growing motor trade business with a workshop facility in Park Gate, Southampton, is expanding their team and is looking for a skilled individual to help manage the increasing workload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and has a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair in the motor trade sector.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair work on various vehicle makes and models.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with precision.
- Conduct thorough inspections and ensure all vehicles meet the required safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the workshop control team to maintain efficient workflow and meet customer demands.
- Work independently while managing time and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Hold a valid UK driver's license.
Package:
Basic Salary: £38,000 (Dependent on experience) + £200 per month performance bonus.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00 am - 5:00 pm] NO WEEKENDS!
