The Role:
At present, Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to come on board with an established car dealership group based on the outskirts of Southampton.
Our client is ideally looking for a tried and tested Transaction Manager but will consider an experienced and determined Sales Executive wanting to step up within the motor trade.
Responsibilities & requirements of a Transaction Manager:
- Provide training, supervision for 3 Sales Executives and reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines in the sale of new and used vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
- Supervise forecourt operations.
- Manage the sales process and optimize used car performance within the dealership.
- Handle deal structuring (stacking deals) and propose finance cases.
- Engage directly with customers in a secondary sales role (second facing).
- Maintain consistently high levels of customer service.
The Package:
- Basic salary of £20,000 with an OTE of £60,000+ !!!
- Monday to Saturday [A day off in the week!]
- Occasional Sunday's (no rota) to cover holiday / sickness
