The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar Service Advisor role within the motor trade industry. Familiarity with premium brands and advanced customer service skills will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Handle service bookings via telephone, email, online inquiries, and interactive booking methods. Manage customer arrivals and departures, providing timely updates and promoting additional services. Generate invoices, accept payments, and explain detailed work and any findings from technicians. Rotate through administrative duties, with a particular focus on front desk operations, including booking and paperwork checks. The Package: Salary: £30,000 basic, with an OTE of up to £39,000!
