We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, financially secure business that is expanding into the passenger vehicle market with the launch of a brand-new MOT & Service Centre. This is a rare opportunity to join from the very beginning, helping establish a new workshop while enjoying the backing and stability of an established business.
This isn't just another technician role. You'll work closely with the leadership team to help develop the new operation, with a clear pathway to progress into a Workshop Manager position as the department grows whilst being a semi productive technician.

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a variety of passenger vehicles.
- Conducting MOT tests in line with DVSA standards (if qualified).
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Completing vehicle health checks, brake inspections and safety inspections.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and service records.
- Supporting the development of the new workshop and contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
The Package:
Basic salary up to £35,000 – £40,000 Experience Dependent.
Monday to Friday –No Weekends!!
