The Role:
We have the pleasure of working with a well-established group and expert team based in Basingstoke, in search of an experienced and respected individual who can take the reins of a large department as Parts Manager to run this successful department.
You will lead your team to ensure profitability and efficiency of the department, achieving financial, volume and quality targets.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Previous Parts Manager / Supervisor experience essential.
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Highly organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to handle a pressurised environment.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of car parts and technical understanding.
Package:
- £30,000 Basic Salary + OTE £36,000. As well as great company benefits including a company car.
- Monday – Friday working week.
