We’re looking for an innovative, bold and brave mind to help us build the world’s best insurance company. CX are at the heart of Laka, providing a great customer experience as we grow internationally. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated Customer Experience team and be the first point of contact for general and claim-related enquiries for the UK and NL markets.
What you’ll be getting up to:
- Supporting Laka customers (and potential customers) with general questions about Laka’s products; training will be provided.
- Be comfortable chatting with our members with excellent written communication in native Dutch.
