  • Provide a great customer experience to support the growth of the Laka brand internationally.
  • Be the first point of contact for general and claim-related enquiries.
  • Support customers with questions about Laka's products, services, and bicycle insurance via web chat and email.
  • Help members file claims and guide them through the process of replacing or repairing their bikes.
  • Be the first point of contact for B2B partners.
  • Work closely with the CX team across the UK and NL to provide a seamless experience.
  • Collate feedback and produce actionable intel for decision making.
  • Engage in squad-based work to improve Laka's offerings.
