The role Customer Experience (CX) at Laka – you will be the first point of contact for customer and claim-related enquiries, helping cyclists across the UK and the Netherlands.
What you’re responsible for:
- Supporting customers with questions about Laka’s products and new initiatives via web chat and email.
- Assisting members to file claims and guiding them through the repair or replacement of bicycles and kit, coordinating with third-party shops, manufacturers and distributors.
- Serving as the first point of contact for B2B partners and helping them get riders back on the road.
- Working closely with the CX team in the UK and the Netherlands to deliver a convenient, swift and seamless experience.
- Collecting feedback from the collective and producing actionable insights to support decision-making across the company.
- Contributing to squad-based projects that span Marketing, Product or Technology teams.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one of French, Dutch or German.
- Strong empathy for cyclists and the challenges they face when their bike is nicked, damaged or when an injury occurs.
- Comfortable with technical cycling terminology; ability to learn new terms quickly.
- Enjoyment in helping people and delivering exceptional service.
- Fast learner, able to gain proficiency with common tools and systems; training will be provided.
- Excellent written communication in Dutch and English.
