You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care along with creating and developing ongoing relationships with our clientele. As the face of our TAG Heuer Boutique, you will deliver exceptional sales and customer service beyond the normal retail environment. Fundamental to the role will be to drive TAG Heuer Brand awareness. While technical expertise will be greatly valued, your energy and enthusiasm matter most highly; we welcome you to bring your own style and charisma. Passion for luxury timepieces should come as standard, and generating exciting moments for our customers will be part of your everyday environment. Our TAG Heuer, Glasgow Boutique colleagues will assist 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Key Responsibilities: Providing customers with the product knowledge they require to select from the TAG Heuer timepiece collections and enable them to make an informed purchase, while looking after their best interests. Leave customers with the feeling they received the best service. Develop in-depth knowledge of the TAG Heuer watch collections and convey this with pride and enthusiasm consistently. Attract new customers by responding to inbound lead enquiries (made online, on the phone, or walk-ins) to qualify the TAG Heuer watch needs of prospective customers. Strive to achieve sales targets in line with store figures, being ever mindful of personal targets. Communicate to a high standard with colleagues and share any insights or feedback from the sales process. Maintain excellent presentation of our new TAG Heuer boutique. Follow up with customers after their purchase for after-care matters. Ensure personal responsibility for watch product handling and counts. Attributes and Experience: A drive and passion to develop in-depth knowledge and secure sales of luxury TAG Heuer timepieces. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing an excellent level of customer service. Luxury retail sales experience (does not need to be watches specific). An ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and the wider Laings team. Commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards and a genuine interest in their needs. Able to work both as part of a team and by using your own initiative.
