Here is How We Envision Your Role:
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke customer experience, building long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
- Use your jewellery and watch expertise to confidently guide customers through purchases, ensuring informed and meaningful decisions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep knowledge of jewellery, luxury watches, diamonds and gemstones with pride and credibility.
- Proactively generate and convert sales opportunities through online, telephone and in‑store enquiries, as well as client outreach and networking.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, with a strong commercial focus.
- Build, maintain and develop a strong client book, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Share insights and feedback with colleagues to continually enhance the customer journey and sales performance.
- Maintain exceptional showroom standards, ensuring product and watch display presentation reflects the luxury brand.
- Manage after‑sales care, including repairs, servicing enquiries, follow‑ups and ongoing client communication.
- Take ownership of stock control, including high‑value product and watch handling, stock takes and inventory accuracy.
