As our Diamond Manager, you will bring your enthusiasm and extensive Diamond and Jewellery knowledge to the role. You will proactively collaborate with our senior store managers and colleagues in the effective day to day operations of our luxury showroom and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all. This is a key position where you will be our acting manager in the absence of both our General and Assistant Managers.
You will be results-driven responsible for leading, supporting and inspiring sales professionals within your team, fostering a culture of excellence. Applying your sound people management skills, you will be responsible for imparting colleague training and development and assist with recruitment processes when required. Overseeing the management and control of our Diamonds and Jewellery, you will liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders on stock and display related matters along with strive to identify opportunities to both increase sales and improving our Diamond and Jewellery business.
Assisting in our Cardiff Flagship Showroom, your hours will be 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
In your role with us, you will:
- Apply your previous leadership experience and passion for Diamonds and Jewellery, to assist our Showroom General Manager in building strong relationships and developing our colleagues’ expertise.
- Motivate and coach team members in store with senior managers, with the shared aim to deliver outstanding financial results.
- Maintain a high standard of Diamonds and Jewellery collections product display in our Showroom windows.
- Collaborate with our internal departments to ensure regular stock checking and replenishment of best-selling key lines.
- Build on our sound relationships with our external brand representatives.
- Ensure the showroom and our colleagues are safe and secure at all times, adhering to our business guidelines.
- Proactively undertake training and grasp opportunities for own personal growth and development.
