We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Assist in menu planning and meal presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

  • Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment
