We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and people‑focused Training Coordinator to join our team in St Neots. This is a fast‑paced, client‑facing role where you'll take full ownership of coordinating training from start to finish. You'll be the go‑to person for ensuring courses run smoothly, bookings are accurate, and both customers and internal teams have a seamless experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End‑to‑end coordination of training courses, from booking through to completion
  • Managing relationships with clients, training teams and awarding bodies
  • Handling enquiries in a friendly, professional and responsive way
  • Planning, prioritising and organising a high volume of activity to meet deadlines
  • Processing bookings, invoices and payments accurately
  • Producing quotes, tracking costs and supporting commercial queries
  • Using systems and portals to manage bookings, reporting and compliance
  • Ensuring all activity meets health and safety and industry standards

  • Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft tools

  • Ideally some exposure to training, construction or a similar environment
  • Based locally to St Neots
