At Kiln Lane, we are constructing critical new infrastructure that will help the UK meet future energy demand, support net-zero ambitions, and strengthen resilience for generations to come.
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in assuring the integrity of this essential infrastructure, embedding best-in-class quality practices, and helping the project achieve Right First Time delivery.
About the Role
Working as part of the Kiln Lane project quality team, you will manage quality assurance and compliance activities for a defined area or package of the works. You will help shape the project's quality culture, working closely with engineers, supervisors, supply chain partners and wider project functions to ensure the works are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest standards. This is a site-based role requiring strong technical expertise, proactive engagement, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assurance record observations and elevate risks where required.
- Operate Field View and support digital assurance processes including geometry checks and equipment calibration.
- Maintain the golden thread of information through progressive assurance on Asite.
- Use dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to analyse performance, identify trends and make improvement recommendations.
