Commercial Manager opportunity Expanded Structures are the specialist reinforced concrete basement, sub and superstructure frame construction division of Laing O'Rourke and are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager to join the team on a major bridge project based in East Suffolk. What will the role look like? Managing commercial activities across your project section from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and project teams to support successful delivery outcomes. Supporting strong financial, contractual, and commercial management to help achieve project objectives. Preparing monthly cost reports, contract reviews, BPR information, and business planning inputs. Managing subcontract drafting, administration, and settlement of accounts and claims. Overseeing change control processes and ensuring effective risk and opportunity management. Providing contractual and commercial advice to project teams. Supporting continuous improvement and encouraging best practice across operations. Supporting the development of colleagues within the commercial team.
