As a Strategic Programmes Finance Analyst, you'll partner closely with our Technology & Innovation team, setting up financial processes, driving performance analysis, reporting, and helping shape key decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and manage financial reporting, forecasting and governance for a new strategic hub
- Partner with senior leaders to support cost management, capital expenditure and business performance
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide insights and models to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure alignment with our global teams (UK & Australia)
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong business partnering, reporting and analysis experience
- Confident communicator across finance and non-finance teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Bonus: experience in construction, engineering or tech-led projects; Power BI/Excel/Python skills
