Business Relations Manager

Location: Hinkley Point C, Somerset Coast, South West England About the Role We're looking for a confident relationship builder to support the continued growth of Select Plant Hire's presence at Hinkley Point C.

As Business Relations Manager, you'll work closely with customers, contractors and internal teams to identify new opportunities, strengthen partnerships and ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

You'll be the link between customer needs and operational delivery, helping create a great customer experience while supporting business growth.

What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers and internal stakeholders across the project.

Identify business opportunities and connect customers with the right Select solutions.

Work closely with Product Leaders to support operational delivery and planning activities.

Coordinate communication between customers, operational teams and Select Plant Hire.

Engage with incoming contractors to understand future requirements and ensure accounts, quotations and services are in place ahead of mobilisation.

Support the development and implementation of plant, tool and training facilities where required.

Liaise with Procurement and project teams to gain visibility of upcoming contractors and future opportunities.

Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and issue resolution.

Monitor customer feedback, market activity and performance trends to identify improvements and opportunities.

Participate in project forums, management meetings and business reviews.

Produce regular activity and performance reports.

Champion continuous improvement, helping to enhance processes, collaboration and the overall customer experience.

Confidence working with a range of stakeholders.

Experience in construction, infrastructure, plant hire or a related industry is desirable.
