We are looking for a Senior DFMA Engineer to lead the design and delivery of facades of modern construction components on major projects. This is a high-impact role at the heart of design, manufacturing and site delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading DFMA design from early project stages through to installation and handover
- Acting as the technical link between designers, manufacturing and site teams
- Driving coordinated, high-quality design information into manufacture on time
- Owning DFMA execution packs, design reviews and change management
- Shaping installation strategy, logistics and programme alignment
- Influencing smarter outcomes through collaboration and digital coordination
What We Are Looking For
- Ideally strong experience in DFMA, precast or facade delivery
- Confidence managing external designers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders
- A systems thinker who enjoys solving problems at scale
- Someone comfortable leading, challenging and improving ways of working
- Onsite experience would be beneficial
