We're looking for a Salesforce Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing decision-making, and delivering real business results. What You'll Do:
- Own it: Be the go-to expert for Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Field Service.
- Drive value: Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities, putting user experience and business impact at the forefront.
- Bridge the gap: Turn business needs into smart, scalable tech solutions.
- Collaborate & communicate: Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Deliver fast: Work in Agile sprints, manage the backlog in JIRA, and bring ideas to life.
- Train & empower: Roll out training, create support content, and champion adoption across the business.
- Lead with insight: Build dashboards and use Salesforce analytics to drive smarter, faster decisions.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Field Service — you know how to get things done.
- Strong Agile delivery experience and confident working in JIRA.
- Sharp analytical skills and a knack for simplifying complexity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for digital transformation and delivering measurable change.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Field Service Consultant).
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
- Experience in construction, plant hire, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or similar field (not essential if you've got the experience).
