Shape the risk strategy for one of the UK's most important infrastructure programmes. You will take an integrator risk role on a multi‑billion‑pound upgrade of the UK power network – a long‑term programme critical to the UK's energy security and transition to clean power. As Risk Manager within the Great Grid Partnership – an alliance between National Grid, Laing O'Rourke and strategic delivery partners – you will work at programme level, influencing decisions that affect cost, schedule, delivery confidence and long‑term value.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading risk management across multiple, interconnected major projects, helping senior leaders and delivery teams make informed, balanced decisions.
- Owning and evolving the programme‑level risk management framework.

- Quantifying risk impacts to cost, schedule and contingency.
- Supporting robust, proportionate contingency and forecasting approaches.
- Translating complex risk data into clear, meaningful insight for senior stakeholders.
- Advising leadership on risk exposure, opportunity and mitigation strategy.
- Maintaining transparent, high‑quality risk reporting and governance.
