Laing O'Rourke, in partnership with SelectSecurity, is currently recruiting a team of Security Officers for one of our projects in Margam. This position involves night shift work, with hours ranging from 48 to 60 per week on a long‑term contract basis. We are seeking professional security officers with demonstrable experience in safeguarding premises and construction sites, monitoring for unauthorised intruders and ensuring members of the public do not inadvertently access hazardous areas. The role requires regular foot patrols of the premises, conducting both security patrols and health and safety inspections.

Essential requirements:
