Laing O'Rourke, C/O of SelectSecurity are recruiting a project-based security team leader to run our nighttime security team on one of our exciting construction projects within Oxford. As Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our nightshift security operations. This will involve leading and motivating a team of committed security officers, ensuring the highest standards of security for the project. What we are looking for:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of security officers working during nightshifts.
- Patrol: Conduct mobile security patrols to various client locations throughout the night.
- SIA License: Hold and maintain a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license.
- Scheduling: Effectively schedule and allocate security personnel to meet client requirements and maintain a high level of service.
- Report Management: Utilise computer skills to generate and maintain incident reports, activity logs, and other documentation as needed.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the project through liaison with the Security Supervisor, addressing their concerns and ensuring their security needs are met.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate and respond to security-related emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel and property.
