The Opportunity We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can build trusted relationships, bring people together and help teams consistently achieve high standards.
Working closely with project teams, delivery partners and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in embedding quality, assurance and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, improve processes and help deliver a facility that will support world-class research for years to come.
What You'll Be Doing Leading project quality and assurance activities Building strong relationships across project teams, suppliers and stakeholders Supporting teams to achieve right-first-time delivery Using data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities Driving continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practice Supporting governance, compliance and handover activities Helping create a collaborative culture focused on learning and excellence What We're Looking For We're interested in people who can influence others, navigate complexity and drive continuous improvement within quality-focused environments.
Construction experience is not essential.
