We are delivering a £1bn+ data centre scheme for a global blue-chip client – and we need a Project Quality Manager to set the standard. Lead quality assurance and compliance on a project that will define industry benchmarks.

Your Impact
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and systems to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Lead assurance and compliance activities, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Champion a “Get it Right” culture, delivering training and guidance across the project team.
- Manage non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Oversee lifetime quality records and digital assurance tools, ensuring seamless hand-over.
What You Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in Quality across governance, assurance, compliance, and improvement.
- Expertise in ISO 9001:2015 and associated standards.
- Proven leadership in complex, regulated environments (e.g., Nuclear, Rail, Energy, Healthcare).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital construction tools (Fieldview, Asite, Trimble).
Desirable
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Chartered Quality Professional (CQI) or equivalent.
