We're looking for a Graduate Digital Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing Digital Manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about data, technology and continuous improvement and wants to see their work make a real impact in a live manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing
Working alongside experienced digital specialists, you'll help deliver technology and data solutions that improve how our manufacturing facilities operate.
You will:
- Support digital improvement projects across our manufacturing operations
- Help develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI
- Prepare, analyse and improve operational data
- Support manufacturing systems and digital platforms
- Assist with testing and implementation of new digital toolsCreate process documentation and user guidance
- Work with operational teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support data quality and governance activities
- Learn how digital technology can drive safer, more efficient and more sustainable manufacturing
What we're looking for
We're less interested in finding someone who already knows everything and more interested in finding someone with curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
You might have:
- A degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Data, Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- An interest in manufacturing, engineering, technology or digital transformation
It would be beneficial if you have some exposure to:
- Power BI or Power Query
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Databases or SQL
- Reporting, automation or data analysis
