We\’re now seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Estimator at mid, senior, or principal level to step into a role where you\’ll have real influence, support to progress, and the chance to develop alongside some of the best in the industry based out of our Manchester or Dartford office.

What you\\\’ll be doing
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP works
- Working closely with design, project, and commercial teams
- Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Supporting tender submissions and contributing to winning strategies
- Providing technical and commercial input at every stage of the bid process
What we\\\’re looking for
- Experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Estimator (mid, senior, or principal level)
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
