We're looking for a dynamic Technical Training Lead to support our Engineering Leadership team and drive best-in-class training across our Structures & Civils disciplines. This is a unique opportunity to influence how technical excellence is embedded across our projects—ensuring our people are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and guidance to deliver to industry-leading standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and delivery of technical training and guidance for Structures & Civils engineers
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Technical Leads, and industry experts to shape content
- Review and enhance existing documentation, systems, and assurance processes
- Develop induction modules, mid-career refreshers, and specialist playbooks
- Support project teams nationwide with technical onboarding and compliance culture
- Contribute to strategic training roadmaps and professional body engagement
- Maintain training records and materials
- Development of engineering playbooks / handbooks
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience across structural and civil project phases
- Deep understanding of construction processes and technical operations
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it)
