We are now seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead the quality function on our Letchmore Heath Substation project – a role central to ensuring safe, compliant, right‑first‑time delivery. The Role
As Project Quality Manager, you will champion quality across the project, ensuring the effective implementation of our ISO 9001 & BS 99001 certified Quality Management System and embedding industry‑leading quality practices into everyday delivery. You will:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Provide specialist support on quality deliverables including ITPs, Work Procedures, and Material Approval processes.
- Conduct regular site engagement to oversee the quality of works, using your authority to pause activities where needed.
- Ensure progressive assurance, golden‑thread documentation, and digital quality compliance through platforms such as FieldView and Asite.
- Manage NCRs, support root‑cause investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the project.
- Lead the project handover strategy and support O&M documentation.
- Build strong relationships with the client, supply chain, and internal teams—ensuring customer requirements are understood, met, and exceeded.
- Coach teams, uplift capability, and help embed a proactive quality culture.
