This full‑time, on‑site role supports the Letchmore Heath substation project in Hertfordshire by managing project documentation and ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and accessible for internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain document control systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Asite, ACC, Field View).
- Check, publish, track, and distribute documents in line with project procedures.
- Support approval cycles and complete QA checks.
- Resolve document/drawing queries and support users with system training.
- Produce project reports and maintain training records.
- Assist with digital H&S files, archiving procedures, and reprographics.
- Ensure mobile devices are synced and functioning correctly.
- Supervise other Document Controllers where required.
You Should Have
- Experience with collaboration/EDM systems.
- Understanding of digital handover processes.
- Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
- 1–2 years' document control experience, ideally within construction.
- Ability to map and follow processes effectively.
