As a Proposals Specialist, you'll support the collation and production of proposal and presentation materials. You'll work as part of our in-house, multi-disciplinary team, creating response templates, applying our house style consistently, and ensuring submissions are polished and professional. It's a hands-on role where your curiosity and attention to detail will help us deliver outstanding proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create templates, maintain consistent formatting and publish documents and presentations that are structured, orderly and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Ensure bids and presentations look appealing, well-structured, consistently follow company/brand guidelines and are easy to navigate.
  • Organise and manage workflow by tracking the progress of components as they are completed.
  • Support proposals and bid teams with technical document production.
  • Manage workload with other Proposals Specialists to meet peaks in production.
  • Source information and images from our collateral system for use within bid submissions.
  • Complete housekeeping administration at the end of each submission.
