Based in the Dartford head office, this role sits within the People Systems team in the People Function and plays a key role in shaping and improving the user experience of our digital people tools. As the Product Owner, you will translate business needs into clear, prioritised system requirements and help drive continuous improvement across our core HR, payroll, reward, and people experience platforms. You will act as the system champion for our People Systems, with hands-on responsibility for SuccessFactors, supporting day-to-day administration while also being central to the delivery of new initiatives and system enhancements. This role works closely with People teams, IT, and wider business stakeholders to ensure our systems effectively support the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Owner for: SuccessFactors (essential), eArcu (including Clinch Recruitment Marketing), Culture Amp
  • Work with the People Systems Lead to set and manage system roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Gather requirements, support solution design, and prioritise system requests.
  • Manage system updates and support wider People Systems projects.
  • Build strong relationships across the People Function, IT, and wider business.
  • Act as an escalation point and support day-to-day system queries.
  • Ensure people data and reporting meet GDPR and ISO standards.
  • Support end-to-end People lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent, succession, and annual reward activities.

Essential Experience

  • Strong, hands-on experience using SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working as a Product Owner between business and IT teams.
  • Systems design and requirements gathering experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Visio (or similar).
  • Good understanding of GDPR and the HR lifecycle.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with eArcu (PageUp), Culture Amp, and/or Power BI.
