This role does not provide visa sponsorship. We're looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to support our Design Lead within a fast-paced Corporate Affairs team in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in Graphic Designing to build their skills, expand their portfolio, and gain hands‑on experience across a wide variety of projects.

In this role, you'll help bring our stories to life, supporting the team with internal and external communications, and contributing to campaigns that engage our people, the media, and wider audiences. You'll play an active role in shaping how we connect and communicate, from managing digital channels to supporting employee engagement and media relations. As you develop in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take on more creative responsibilities, contribute fresh ideas, and continue growing your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Designing Templates & Brand Assets: Create and maintain consistent PowerPoint and Word templates, as well as Adobe InDesign templates. You'll help ensure the company's brand identity is applied consistently across all materials, both digital and print.
  • Design Production: Develop and design engaging PowerPoint presentations, branded materials like posters, banners, invitations, and signage, as well as promotional items such as branded merchandise (pens, mugs, tote bags). You'll also help create digital assets for social media and internal communications like intranet content.
  • Collaboration & Workflow: Work closely with the Corporate Affairs team and other stakeholders to receive briefs, present creative ideas, and refine designs based on feedback. You'll collaborate on multiple projects, ensuring designs meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Asset Management: Help manage the image database, ensuring that design assets are uploaded, organised, and easily accessible. You'll also assist with sourcing images and maintaining efficient file management practices.

  • Portfolio showcasing versatility across digital and print design projects.
  • Adobe After Effects – Motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Advanced template design and development based on brand guidelines.
