We're now hiring a Health & Safety Manager to support multiple major projects across Birmingham, Suffolk and Kent. This is a chance to lead from the front, influence safety culture, and embed wellbeing into every layer of delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the go-to expert, supporting managers and site teams to meet the highest safety standards.
  • Coach and guide operational teams using our Inclusion & Wellbeing engagement tools – helping everyone have a voice on site.
  • Carry out assurance activities that give confidence in how effectively safety processes are working.
  • Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team on some of the most complex and exciting infrastructure projects in the UK.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 5 qualification (minimum) in a relevant subject.
  • Background in civils or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Occupational Health Risk Management and Safety Risk Management.
  • Skilled in coaching, training, auditing, and investigations.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body.
