The Expanded Group provides capability in early construction phases of major projects, offering end-to-end solutions or bespoke services. Backed by technical design and engineering resources, we deliver piling, precast concrete, post-tensioning, and structures techniques.
The Health & Safety professional will lead and manage health and safety delivery within Expanded and measure performance against strategic goals.
What will the role look like?
- Provide local advice and support to help managers and staff meet safety responsibilities to high standards.
- Facilitate and coach operational teams on Inclusion & Wellbeing and engagement tools for workforce interaction.
- Carry out health & safety assurance activities, ensuring operational effectiveness of processes.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Qualification at level 5 (min)
- Experience with civils infrastructure projects
