We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in a fast-paced, busy office environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident, highly organised, and comfortable taking initiative to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking and tracking actions from meetings and ensuring timely follow-up
- Booking and coordinating meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Supporting the smooth running of the office on a daily basis
- Light diary management for members of the leadership team
- Processing expenses for the leadership team
- Maintaining and updating the training matrix
- Coordinating the monthly project newsletter
- Managing stationery orders and office supplies
- Organising visitor PPE and supporting site visitors
- Coordinating inductions for new starters

Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a busy office environment with multiple responsibilities
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable (but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude
