The Opportunity
This is not just a compliance role. You will play a visible, hands‑on role in helping teams deliver work right first time, improving standards and supporting a culture of pride in delivery. You will partner with engineers, supervisors and supply chain teams to embed quality into everything we do.
What you will be doing
- Act as the quality lead for a defined area or package of works
- Support teams to achieve Right First Time outcomes, reducing rework and improving performance
- Provide practical guidance on quality processes, not just governance
- Carry out site inspections and assurance activities
- Review and support documentation such as Quality Plans, ITPs and Method Statements
- Support the management of defects, NCRs and close‑out
- Contribute to a strong, positive quality culture on site
- Use digital tools such as Field View and Asite to support the golden thread
What we are looking for
