The Opportunity

This is not just a compliance role. You will play a visible, hands-on role in helping teams deliver work right first time, improving standards and supporting a culture of pride in delivery. You will partner with engineers, supervisors and supply chain teams to embed quality into everything we do.

What you will be doing

  • Act as the quality lead for a defined area or package of works
  • Support teams to achieve Right First Time outcomes, reducing rework and improving performance
  • Provide practical guidance on quality processes, not just governance
  • Carry out site inspections and assurance activities
  • Review and support documentation such as Quality Plans, ITPs and Method Statements
  • Support the management of defects, NCRs and close out
  • Contribute to a strong, positive quality culture on site
  • Use digital tools such as Field View and Asite to support the golden thread

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a quality, assurance or engineering role
  • Knowledge of construction, civils or related project environments
  • An interest in developing your career within the energy or infrastructure sector
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
  • Comfortable working on site and building relationships with delivery teams
  • Experience with digital assurance tools is helpful but not essential
