This role is for a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative coordinator who will help bring our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and employee experience agenda to life. You will deliver impactful programmes, coordinate employee listening activities, support employee networks, and ensure our DEI and employee experience initiatives are delivered effectively and consistently.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate DEI and Employee Experience programmes, events, and action plans with internal and external partners
  • Support and manage employee networks, DEI councils, forums, and working groups
  • Coordinate employee listening activities, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions
  • Partner with communications colleagues to create engaging campaigns and communications for employees and leaders
  • Develop and maintain guidance materials, resources, and internal communications
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and insights relating to DEI and employee experience activity
  • Act as a first point of contact for DEI and employee experience enquiries
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners and benchmarking organisations
  • Contribute to key external reporting, including Gender Pay Gap and Sustainability reporting

About You:

  • Experience coordinating programmes, projects, or initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Desirable:

  • Exposure to DEI, employee engagement, HR, people, culture, or employee experience activities
  • Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards, or employee insights
  • Experience coordinating events, networks, or employee forums
