Are you an experienced People Systems Technical Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience and a passion for shaping effective HR technology? Laing O'Rourke is looking for a senior analyst to help strengthen and evolve our People Systems platforms, supporting colleagues across the full employee lifecycle.
Role Overview
Working closely with the People Systems Product Owner, HR stakeholders, and technical teams, you will shape and deliver high-quality solutions across SuccessFactors and the wider HR technology landscape. You will combine strong business analysis with deep platform expertise to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape business requirements for People Systems changes
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms
- Work with technical and integration teams to design and deliver effective solutions
- Identify and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems
- Build strong relationships with HR and IT stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules
- Solid understanding of HR processes and operating models
- Proven experience translating business needs into platform-aligned solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in complex or enterprise environments (desirable)
This role requires regular collaboration with stakeholders, therefore time in the office is important. You will need to attend our head office in Dartford, Kent.
