We are looking for a Strategic Resourcing Analyst who will play a pivotal role in building our workforce intelligence capability and unlocking the value of our new Workforce Planning & Capacity Management tool. About the Role- Drive workforce analytics and reporting, providing high-quality insights that directly support strategic decision-making across the business.
- Leverage our new workforce planning and capacity management platform to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in resource demand and supply.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scenario models, and forecasting tools to support project, portfolio, and organisational planning.
- Collaborate with Project Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Functional Leads to ensure accurate and timely workforce data.
- Support the evolution of our strategic workforce planning processes, standards, and governance as the team grows.
- Champion data literacy and insight-led resourcing across the organisation.

About You- Have experience in workforce planning, resourcing, business analytics, or similar data-led roles.
- Are highly proficient with data tools (Power BI, Excel, or similar) and confident analysing complex datasets.
- Understand forecasting, capacity planning, or resource modelling principles.
- Are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and translating technical insights into clear business narratives.
- Are proactive, curious, and motivated to build new processes and capabilities from the ground up.
