Provide hands‑on HR support and guidance to UK Strategic Programmes leaders, ensuring effective people management aligned to business goals. This role supports workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR operations, while coordinating key people processes and maintaining accurate employee data. It also contributes to talent development, organisational change, and the delivery of HR policies and best practice across the business.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR advisory role
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience supporting recruitment and workforce planning activities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and data reporting
- Effective communication and coaching skills to support and influence managers
- Experience in a fast‑paced, project‑based or matrix environment (desirable)
