We’re looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team and help drive growth, strategy, and creativity across the business.
What you’ll be doing…
- Bringing ideas to life: Creating high-quality sales collateral and capability brochures that reflect our engineering excellence.
- Powering up presentations: Supporting the senior leadership team with compelling proposals and client presentations.
- Exploring new frontiers: Supporting market research to identify competitive trends, opportunities, and insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Tracking performance: Measuring campaign success — helping us understand what works and where to go next.
- Owning our data: Maintaining and managing critical information in Salesforce and related systems.
- Making connections: Supporting the planning, coordination, and facilitation of industry conferences and events, ensuring Expanded shines wherever we go.
- Designing impact: Preparing and managing engaging presentation decks for both internal and client-facing audiences.
- Driving strategy: Assisting in strategic planning initiatives focused on priority sectors and future business opportunities.
- Building relationships: Strengthening client partnerships through thoughtful engagement and collaboration.
- Telling our story: Working with the Communications team to craft content — from news stories and social posts to newsletters and promotional materials.
- Collaborating across the group: Supporting the STBG working group to enhance cross-business operations, events, and exhibitions.
