The Role
You’ll be the driving force behind our digital quality ecosystem. You’ll lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the digital tools that ensure our projects consistently meet the highest standards of quality assurance and control. This is a national role with real influence—shaping how our systems are rolled out, managed, and improved across the entire organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Governance
- Own and maintain the governance framework for our digital quality systems.
- Ensure processes are followed, permissions are controlled, and compliance is rock‑solid.
- Drive Consistency
- Standardise how digital quality tools are deployed across all business units.
- Champion consistent approaches and accurate, reliable data capture.
- Champion Improvement
- Analyse data, feedback, and system performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Drive continuous improvement and embed best practice across projects.
- Empower Teams
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes.
- Support project champions, provide expert advice, and act as the escalation point for system‑related issues.
- Enable Insight
- Oversee data extraction and analysis to support meaningful reporting and compliance monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong background in quality management, information management, or digital systems—ideally within construction, engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience implementing or enhancing digital quality tools across multiple projects.
- Exposure to regulated sectors such as Power, Nuclear, Rail, Energy, or Healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and guide stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience delivering digital systems training is a bonus.
