Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

We are looking for a proactive Document Controller who will ensure all project information and documentation is managed accurately, securely, and in line with our standards, delivering an efficient and reliable document management service across the project lifecycle.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support the development, approval, and compliance of project information standards and procedures.
  • Maintain project collaboration tools, ensuring accurate information flow and version control.
  • Complete QA checks on all published documents and resolve document/drawing issues.
  • Manage receipt, review, distribution, and archiving of documents (digital and hard copy) in line with ISO 19650.
  • Oversee Method Statement registration, uploads, and tracking.
  • Provide training and support to internal and external users on collaboration tools and Field View.
  • Liaise with software vendors to address system issues and support project systems administration.
  • Produce and distribute reports and dashboards for project and client needs.
  • Set up and manage digital handover and Field View systems to meet client standards.
  • Support procurement with tender documents, addendums, and document control queries.
  • Supervise document controllers (as needed) and contribute to digital health checks and improvement initiatives.
  • Promote best practice in information management across the project team.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using collaboration/EDM systems.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise under pressure.
  • Strong initiative, planning, and self-management skills.
  • Quick learner with strong technical aptitude.
  • Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Essential: Must be familiar with Asite.
