Role Overview
This full‑time, on‑site role in Brighton focuses on managing project and operational documentation, ensuring information is accurate, compliant, and managed within a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EDM and collaboration systems.
- Check, publish, track, and distribute documents in line with site procedures.
- Support document approval workflows and carry out QA checks.
- Respond to document and drawing queries and support system users.
- Produce reports and maintain document and training records.
- Support digital H&S files, archiving, and controlled reprographics.
- Ensure devices and systems are synced and functioning correctly.
- Support or supervise other Document Controllers as required.
You Should Have
- Experience using EDM systems (Asite).
- Understanding of digital handover and controlled document processes.
- Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
- 1–2 years' document control experience (construction, FM, or public sector preferred).
- Ability to follow defined processes and compliance requirements.
