The Role: Project Quality Engineer
You will play a vital role in ensuring technical excellence across complex power infrastructure schemes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Embedding quality standards across substation builds, overhead line schemes, cabling works, and associated civil and M&E packages.
- Developing and executing Inspection & Test Plans, auditing site activities, and ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborating closely with design, construction, commissioning and client teams within the Great Grid Partnership framework—a model designed to accelerate delivery through shared resources and expertise.
- Driving continual improvement across project lifecycle phases, ensuring cost‑effective, robust, and future‑proof engineering outcomes.
Current x2 Project Quality Engineer roles are based at Chesterfield, Derbyshire & High Marnham, Nottinghamshire.
