Laing O'Rourke, in partnership with Select Security, is currently recruiting a team of Security Officers for a major project building a new hospital near Airdrie. We've got night security officer roles available on 12‑hour shifts, with 48‑60 hours a week on a long‑term contract.
We're looking for experienced security officers who know their way around protecting sites and construction areas, making sure no unauthorised people or members of the public accidentally wander into restricted or dangerous zones. This role is mainly mobile – you'll be using a site vehicle to patrol remote areas and respond to CCTV alerts across the site.

What you'll need:
- Valid SIA licence in security guarding, door supervision, or close protection
